1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, loading, or streaming content via Z-ANI, the platform developed by CodexiLab (including our website and official Android application), you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using all Z-ANI client interfaces and APIs.
2. User Profiles & Security
When you register with Z-ANI, you agree to safeguard your credentials. You are solely responsible for all streaming sessions, progress logs, and reports submitted through your account. You have the right to request deletion of your account at any time, which purges all stored watch metrics and identifiers immediately.
3. Sponsored Stream Rewards
To support free tier anime streaming, Z-ANI integrates AdMob banner and rewarded ads. Users must not block, intercept, or tamper with ad requests. Exploiting ad loops or falsifying video claim actions to bypass ads constitutes a breach of these terms and will lead to automatic account termination.
4. Media Streaming Regulations
All video playback on Z-ANI is streamed directly via compliant iframe player embeds from respective host servers (e.g. YouTube, Rumble). In accordance with licensing rules, users are strictly prohibited from:
- Scraping, downloading, or caching direct video streams for offline distribution.
- Employing reverse-engineering software to extract raw content from player instances.
- Modifying player wrappers or framing elements to strip copyright headers.
5. Disclaimer & Warranties
Z-ANI is provided as an aggregate indexing application. We do not host, store, or modify any video files on our database. All streams are delivered as-is by host services. Z-ANI does not guarantee uninterrupted connection times, stream resolutions, or server availability, and accepts no liability for network-level failures.
